What is the LCL Time Away Benefit / Rotation Rewards?
Our Time Away Benefit, Rotation Rewards, gives you the peace of mind of returning to the same apartment or condo after a temporary absence.
Whether you’re called away for a work rotation, training assignment, holiday visit, or special family occasion, your home away from home will be waiting for you when you return.
How Do I Qualify?
Every Luxury Corporate Lodging guest is eligible for this benefit.
After staying with us for 30 days, you qualify for up to 14 days of Time Away. As your stay continues, you may become eligible for additional days away from your unit.
Is There a Charge for This Service?
No. LCL’s Time Away Benefit, Rotation Rewards, is provided at no additional cost. There is never a charge for your qualified time away. Billing for your apartment simply resumes when you return.
What Do I Need to Do Before I Leave?
Arranging your Time Away is simple.
Just contact our office at least two weeks before your departure so we can confirm your eligibility and coordinate the details. You are welcome to leave your personal belongings in the apartment during your absence. We simply ask that you help conserve energy by turning off lights and adjusting the heating or air conditioning before you leave.
