If you’re considering using Luxury Corporate Lodging for the first time, you probably have a few questions. Today we address the most frequent questions we receive from prospective clients.

All Luxury Corporate Lodging units are fully furnished. All come equipped with a full kitchen and bathroom, living area, TV, washer and dryer, high-speed internet, and utilities. They also include free parking and are located near local FEMA offices.

In addition to these core features, other amenities will vary by apartment. Many complexes include pools, clubhouses, fitness rooms, and business centers. Often also within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, parks, and entertainment.

While the rates for our units vary considerably based on location, size, and the amenities offered, the cost is GUARANTEED to stay within your GSA per diem.

We aim to keep things simple, issuing a zero-balance receipt via email every 7 or 14 days depending on the needs of our guests (and their role as either a FEMA employee or contractor)

There is no minimum stay required. We offer accommodations for as little as 24 hours to as long as your deployment lasts (subject to the 50-week maximum for FEMA employees). Only a 24-hour notice is required when demobbed or relocated by FEMA.
