What are your rates?
While the rates for our units vary considerably based on location, size, and the amenities offered, the cost is GUARANTEED within your GSA lodging rate plus any waiver in effect.
How does billing work?
We aim to keep things very simple and headache free! We issue a zero-balance receipt via email every 7 or 14 days depending on the needs of our guests (and their role as either a FEMA employee or contractor)
What is the minimum required stay?
There is no minimum stay required. We offer accommodations for as little as 24 hours to as long as your deployment lasts (subject to the 50-week maximum for FEMA employees). Only a 24-hour notice is required when demobbed or relocated by FEMA.
Will I be asked to sign a lease?
No, our clients are not required to sign a lease with the property owner.
What if I need to take time away? Can I keep my accommodations?
You sure can! As you stay with LCL, you’ll earn nights that can be used for time away – so whether it’s a rotation, training assignment, or a personal emergency you can rest assured your “home away from home” will be waiting on you upon your return.
Do you offer pet-friendly units?
Traveling with your special pet? You’re in luck! Certain units are designated as pet friendly. You will see details in each property’s description – just look for “PET POLICY: Allowed”
Do you offer other units that may not be listed on this website?
Yes – while we do our best to keep our online listings current, things often change quickly in this business! In addition, through our extensive network of property owners, we’re able to locate units based on your custom requests related to location and amenities.
