One thing we’ve learned over the years in working with thousands of clients is that flexibility is key. We know things aren’t always predictable but no need to worry. We’ve got you covered! One of the best examples of how Luxury Corporate Lodging offers you flexibility is our Time Away Benefit. Here’s a quick overview.

LCL Time Away Benefit

Our Time Away Benefit offers you the peace of mind and convenience of remaining in your same apartment or condo if you are temporarily called away on “rotation” or away for personal reasons. Yep… including time away to return home for holidays and special occasions!

How do I qualify?

100% of LCL’s clients are eligible for this benefit. Once you have stayed with us for 30 days you will be eligible for up to 14 days of time away. Then, as you continue your stay with us, you are eligible for additional days away from the unit.

Is there a charge for this service or for my unit while I’m away?

No. This a free benefit and there is never a charge for your qualified time away. The billing for your apartment or condo will resume the night you return.

Is there anything special I need to do to prep for my time away?

To arrange for your time away, simply call our office to confirm eligibility before leaving.

As for the unit, we just ask that you help conserve energy and reduce costs by turning off the lights and turning down any heat or air conditioning that may be running.
