Below are the easy steps in our process, from the moment you receive your travel dates until you are settled and productive in your new assignment.

 

Once you have a pending assignment, browse our locations and unit listings to check our availability. Keep in mind, if you don’t see the exact location or unit you’re looking for, chances are high we can still help.

Complete an online reservation request on our website at www.luxurycorpratelodging.com/reservations or call us at 407-430-9059.

LCL will confirm availability for your arrival date and make you aware of any other properties you may want to consider. Regardless of the unit you choose, LCL guarantees to stay within your GSA per diem.

LCL will email you a Registration Document that includes all date and unit details. You will then complete and sign (using Adobe Sign) to officially reserve your lodging.

LCL will email a Welcome Letter confirming your scheduled move in date and location along with check in /check out times, door code, parking passes, wifi password, and any other information pertinent to your lodging.

Every 14 days you will receive zero balance receipt . If you are a FEMA Contractor, you will receive your zero balance receipt every 7 days.
