If there’s one topic we get questions about more than any other, it’s billing.
Today we thought it would be helpful to address the three most common questions we get when it comes to billing.
What are your rates?
Given our units are more spacious, private, and typically include more amenities than typical hotel lodging, many prospective clients assume they must be more expensive.
While the rates for our units vary considerably based on location, size, and the amenities offered, the cost is GUARANTEED to stay within your GSA per diem.
How does the billing process work?
We aim to keep things very simple and headache free!
We issue a zero-balance receipt via email every 7 or 14 days depending on the needs of our guests (and their role as either a FEMA employee or contractor)
Do I need to pay for any "extras"?
There are NEVER any hidden fees when you work with Luxury Corporate Lodging.
As our client you will have access to all amenities as noted in each property’s listing at no extra charge. These most often include things like utilities, cable, internet/wi-fi, parking, pool and fitness room access.
