If you’re considering using Luxury Corporate Lodging for the first time, you probably have a few questions. Today we address the four most frequent questions we receive from prospective clients.
 

For starters, all our 1, 2 and 3-bedroom units are fully furnished and come equipped with a full kitchen and bathroom, separate living area, washer and dryer, tv, high-speed internet, cable, and all utilities. They also include free parking and are conveniently located to the local FEMA office.

 
In addition to these core features, other amenities will vary by the apartment or condo you choose. Many complexes include pools, lounge areas, fitness centers, and business centers. Some are also within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, parks, and even the ocean!

While the rates for our units vary considerably based on location, size, and the amenities offered, the cost is GUARANTEED to stay within your GSA per diem.

We aim to keep things simple, issuing a zero-balance receipt via email every 7 or 14 days depending on the needs of our guests (and their role as either a FEMA employee or contractor)

There is no minimum stay required. We offer accommodations for as little as 24 hours to as long as your deployment lasts (subject to the 50-week maximum for FEMA employees). Only a 24-hour notice is required when demobbed or relocated by FEMA.
